Which in previous times was no issue, my sales representive tanner was very disrespectful. He answered his phone in mid conversation with my mother and I without even saying im sorry, one moment please, or even do you mind. Then continued the conversation for about 5 minutes. Once he was off the phone didn't say sorry or anything. Very unprofessional, continued to text on his personal phone through out our entire stay. I usually never have an issue with att. But will not be coming back if hes there!!!
